Does Virgin Money tend to offer good existing customer balance transfer/money transfer offers?

I have had tons of offers from them, usually refreshed every month.However they are not great deals. The highest I think I have ever seen is 9 months 0%.Typically 6-9 months for about 3-5% fee.
They dont wait for an existing offer to come to an end, so if you not getting them now, I am not expecting one to come to you when your existing deal ends.0
