But it's in the Newbies thread second post (in the suggested LBC reply). Everything is covered for you in the main resource thread. We know everyone is new, hence we have the NEWBIES FAQS thread, to stop us drowning!
Or you could search the forum for the obvious rare keywords such as

Cungauk said:I have just received court papers from DCBL for euro car parks because my car was in need of water at a garage and i spend a few minutes to long and received a ticket. I was only there too long because the garages water machine was broken and they didn't have a watering can so i had to buy bottles of water.
First of all i defended my 1st court letter but they have taken it farther now i have received a N180 A COURT DIRECTIONS FORM. If you believe that DCBL wont take you to court i must be 1 of the unlucky ones. The only thing thats concerned me is the letters with "can't pay we will take away" logos on letters. I feel they are even dramatizing the fact they were on tv etc. I will continue to fight this as i feel £170 for 10mins extra in a carpark is stupid and unjustPRIVATE 'PCN'? Since Parkingeye usually do their own litigation, it has long been my opinion that they only pass charges to DCBL when they have a poor case against the motorist or, and this is the most likely situation, because they are specifically forbidden from issuing claims by their landowner contract.
I don't recall ever seeing a Parkingeye claim made via DCB Legal (the confusingly named sister company of DCBL).
Whoever said Parkingeye aren't known for taking court action, you're wrong.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
