Hello everyone, just wondering if anyone can suggest if the NTK if compliant with BPA COP, especially: You must ensure that a parking charge notice informs the recipient of the details of your complaints procedure in accordance with Clause 23.22.

That clause might be in the new BPA CoP (Feb 2024) but was it in the 2020 version?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
