Hello everyone, just wondering if anyone can suggest if the NTK if compliant with BPA COP, especially: You must ensure that a parking charge notice informs the recipient of the details of your complaints procedure in accordance with Clause 23.22.

That clause might be in the new BPA CoP (Feb 2024) but was it in the 2020 version?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, yes correct this clause is in the feb 2024, and nope, wasn't there in the 2020 version, also at back of my PCN bottom left hand corner states ECPNTK01/23 which makes me think it hasn't been updated to BPA CoP of feb 2024?Coupon-mad said:
