EE dilemma

I have been with EE a few years with excellent customer service, My contract is due to end halfway through this month and rise in price. I have spoken to an advisor and the retention offer is £26.60 for 24 months (same 30mb speed) with the same free weekend calls.
Looking around there are some introductory offers with Onestream, Now and Vodaphone but no free weekend calls.
It's a bit daunting to jump ship with a new provider as Truspilot reviews are never good, including EE which surprises me. Having said that, I am not getting the same quality of over the phone help as I have in the past.

I've been with EE broadband for over 5 years now. Their service has been excellent when it has come to resolving issues. They have also been very reasonable when it has come to negotiating contract renewals. When it comes to renewal I would try to get EE to beat the price from equivalent broadband providers, such as Vodafone. If they can't come close then I would leave.Personally I don't think it's worth a significant drop in service quality to save a tiny amount of money.
