Wealthify refusing cashback

And me.
Turns out they do keep their side of the bargain after all.0 -
I've had no issues with any of Wealthify's offers so far. I received my £50 bonus from the Jan 2023 MSE offer in Feb this year, and have since received two £50 referral bonuses as well.
As others have said, their Easy Access Saver is close to top rate at the moment, so I've popped some dosh in there as well as adding some extra to the S+S ISA (currently at 11.3% growth over the last 12 months).
Overall I'm pretty pleased with them. There are probably better investment platforms for more experienced users, but for somebody who just wants an efficient, intuitive and approachable way to dabble and make a little extra moolah, Wealthify seem pretty decent.0 -
Thanks for these comments
I put £50 into Wealthify in October 2023, as per the cashback offer, and so far the plan value is £57.22 (total growth £5.22, is the difference because of fees or something?)
Anyway, I'm grateful for the tips on their easy access savings account. I might have £1 - 2k going spare soon and this looks like a good potential home for it1 -
Hi, did anyone do the Wealthify offer last November and received their cashback yet?
I'm sure it was an MSE cashback offer around the end of October time last year.1 -

PS: I even put another £450 in, in July.

When will my cashback be paid?
To get your Money Saving Expert cashback, you’ll need to invest the qualifying amount into your Wealthify Plan by the date specified in your offer terms and conditions. The cashback will be paid after 12 months, as long as you remain invested, and you don’t make any withdrawals that would take you under the qualifying investment amount.
Your cashback will then be paid within 30 days of meeting the qualifying criteria.0 -
Just go a reply back fromWealthify with my query and the fact it had disappeared from my Rewards windows and they have just got back to me and added a £50 deposit to my account under "MSE Cashback".0

Hi there, I too signed up to the invest £50 and receive £50 MSE cashback offer. I waited it out and can confirm they've kept their word and £50 has been added to my 'portfolio'.
As an aside, I noticed the £50 cashback has eaten into my ISA allowance for 2024/25. I guess it would really but it's something to be aware of especially if you're fortunate enough to have maxed out the year's ISA allowance. With this being the first (tax) year you can open multiple ISA accounts with multiple providers so potentially being a little trickier to keep track of. This has the potential of putting someone over this year's allowance. Not sure what the result would be regarding HMRC?1 -
My £50 was sent to my current account - there must've been a choice when signing up!0
