Wealthify refusing cashback

Hello all, I signed up specifically query this.
I learned of Wealthify from a weekly MSE email in January 2023 which set out the £50 cash back offer. I signed up to take advantage of this. I had never heard of Wealthify and would not have signed up were it not for this offer, so am sure I followed the relevant MSE link.
My account opened in early Feb 2023, I out £100 in and selected the higher risk strategy (again, only on the understanding I had the cash back to mitigate risk).
I recently checked my account and realised I have not received any cash back. I queried this and was told I signed up under a different deal (free fees for 1 year). I obviously cannot prove the offer I signed up under. It seems to me that this a clear try on, switching deals to give me free fees worth a couple of quid instead of £50. I have raised a complaint and await the outcome.
Has anyone else had this? I wondered if this is something MSE would look into, given it was something recommended in a weekly email?

Hmm, I did the 'pay in £75, get £75 back' MSE offer some time ago with them. Not seen any sign of that materialising either. Anyone any idea when that is due to be paid?0

I opened my account last July, so I'm expecting my cashback payment in July this year.1 -

I thought they said something crazy like £700 cashback when you invest £1000 so both me and my wife did this. We got £100 each.0

£100 cashback for deposits or transfers between £2,500 and £4,999
£225 cashback for deposits or transfers of £5,000 and £9,999
£250 cashback for deposits or transfers of £10,000 and £19,999
£500 cashback for deposits or transfers between £20,000 and £29,999
£600 cashback for deposits or transfers between £30,000 and £39,999
£700 cashback for deposits or transfers of £40,000 and £49,999
£800 cashback for deposits or transfers of £50,000 and £99,999
£1,000 cashback for deposits or transfers of £100,000 or moreSo I put £75 in (currently worth £82) and I'm expecting £75 cashback towards the end of June.1 -
I recall having a screenshot of the offer I signed up under (thankfully as all evidence disappeared from the account later in the year) but they did pay without issue. I signed up with about three weeks of the tax year to go and they paid in the next tax year so no undue delay.0

I invested £50 in Mar 23 and received the £50 cashback in Apr 24. The investment growth is £5.06.0
