The company who issued the parking fine are called 'Premier Park LTD'
    The DPO is then: -
    dpo@premierpark.co.uk
    from their privacy page
    As I said here^^^^

How do I issue a DRN to Premier Park LTD?
You can always ask Auntie Google. The ICO website is also a good place to start:

    https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/uk-gdpr-guidance-and-resources/individual-rights/individual-rights/right-to-rectification/

I also found a very good template here:

    https://www.datarequests.org/blog/sample-letter-gdpr-rectification-request/
  • Hello, I am wanting to send a DRN to Premier Park LTD. Is this the correct template?

    To Whom It May Concern:

I am hereby requesting rectification or completion of inaccurate personal data concerning me according to Article 16 GDPR.

    Please make the following changes:
Specify the data to be corrected here.

In case you have disclosed the affected personal data to one or more recipients as defined in Article 4(9) GDPR, you have to communicate my request for rectification of the affected personal data to each recipient as laid down in Article 19 GDPR. Please also inform me about those recipients.

My request explicitly includes any other services and companies for which you are the controller as defined by Article 4(7) GDPR.

As laid down in Article 12(3) GDPR, you have to confirm the rectification to me without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request.

I am including the following information necessary to identify me:
Enter your identification data here. This often includes information like your name, your date of birth, your address, your email address and so on.

If you do not answer my request within the stated period, I am reserving the right to take legal action against you and to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority.

    Thank you in advance.

    Yours sincerely,

    Enter your name here.

As long as you use the words 'erase my old address' in the section below & remove this line:

Specify the data to be corrected here.

...and of course give both addresses in full, making it clear which one is the ONLY correct one for service of court papers.

But surely you should be saying as well, that they will be reported to the BPA for failing to 'pause debt recovery', rewind the case to PCN stage and comply with mandatory clause 23.8:

    https://www.britishparking.co.uk/write/Documents/AOS/NEW%20Redesigned%20Documents/Version91.2.2024.pdf

"23.8 You must have a process for considering appeals received outside of the normal 28-day period allowed for lodging an appeal where the appellant provides evidence of exceptional circumstances for the appeal not being lodged within the normal timeframes – where the addressee only discovers and can show that a parking charge notice has been issued in their name after the 28- day period the period must restart and any enforcement, excluding court action, must be paused."

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Then she should reply with

    1) VRM is  ABC12DE , substituting her actual VRM into the example

    2) PCN reference, UNKNOWN at this time

    3) provide her name and address and ideally add redacted copies of 2 recent utility bills as proof , plus any possible old or previous address

I noticed that their reply mentions Subject Access Request, SAR

SHE was giving them a data rectification notice, as the data subject, nothing to do with a SAR per se

Proof of correct name and address should have been submitted with the DRN

Lastly, there are a few companies with very similar names, so maybe its a different Premier. ?
