I just found this thread and have been looking at options for house sale proceeds obo my mum. Raisin is a definite no to POA accounts, but both HL and Flagstone permit POAs to operate accounts - a refreshing response today in comparison to mum's main bank where's she's been a customer for over 50yrs and is blocked from 2 products so far on this investing journey....
There is so much further to go in relation to POAs - the reality is that you cannot do everything your donor might've done when they were previously able. It's a hugh misnomer, discriminatory, and the finance industry really needs to catch up.1
