Letter Of Claim - DCB Legal LTD

Thanks both. I knew you lot would have it in hand, and since posting that I have seen a few messages around.
Lets just hope that this is it, and they cancel it.

Annoyingly, today I got back from holiday to find a letter (dated 11th of July) saying that I did not file my directions questionaire (even though I recieved an email back as confirmation that my email went through) and giving me 7 days to reply (which would be today). I have just emailed them, replying to the original email, so that they've got another copy of it, stating that I did send it, and for it to be backdated to that date, and any actions from me "not filing it" to be cancelled.

And what stage are you at now? Got a hearing date? Have DCB Legal discontinued?

If so, please show the NoD attached to their email because we want to count your success if you are there yet!
