Thanks both. I knew you lot would have it in hand, and since posting that I have seen a few messages around.

Annoyingly, today I got back from holiday to find a letter (dated 11th of July) saying that I did not file my directions questionaire (even though I recieved an email back as confirmation that my email went through) and giving me 7 days to reply (which would be today). I have just emailed them, replying to the original email, so that they've got another copy of it, stating that I did send it, and for it to be backdated to that date, and any actions from me "not filing it" to be cancelled.

Initial UKPC demand letter sent 19 August 2024.
Court date was set for 6 February 2026.
I did not send my witness statement even.
