how easy is it to get outfox the market to rebill me after my mistake of given them the wrong day and night readings, (i gave them the wrong way round) ive tried emailing them but no reply as of yet, and dont have time to ring as i dont get home in time as they close at 5pm

dont want it to drag on and on etc, just want to resolve it and have a correct bill, (yes i know it was my mistake, didnt realise till i got my 1st bill)

anyone else have/had this issue and got it resolved quickly ...ish?

It's very easy for them to do.
Whether they do it quickly, or not, is another matter.

If you are not new to them and they have staff with more than half a brain

They should know your readings are the wrong way round. (Unless of course they are very similar)

If their systems are like BG's new system, it'll be rejected by the computer.
If not it may drag on, may be worth giving them to the end of the week and slightly drastic but raise a complaint via letter.
When's the next bill due to be paid?

You can submit your meter readings the right way round in your online account.

next one is due end of march,

so i,m hoping its sorted by then, ive sent an email to the ceo , rather than use customer service as i find you get a much quicker reply and resolution than you would just emailing customer service, got email today saying they passed it over to their billing team, and would let me know more once they hear more back from them, so it looks in theory, its getting sorted hopefully

guess that will teach me to pay more attention when entering readings next time

still no joy, 1st they asked for a kettle test, then a space test, how many tests do they need, ive sent my last bill from my old supplier as proof also, which clearly show the day and night on my new bill with outfox are wrong way round
