A problem sending texts

I can receive texts on my phone but i can not send them when i try to send one i get the the reply '' MESSAGE NOT SENT TRY AGAIN LATTER '' what is the problem and how do i fix it ? I have credit on it and the battery is charged

How do i know if the problem is the phone or the SIM it is a Lyca SIM0 -
Make sure the message centre number (also known as SMSC) is set to [Removed by Forum Team]
In Messages press menu then settings.1
