hi

I am looking to potentially buy a leasehold flat with Persimmon

The management company they used is called Trinity. I am doing some due diligence and have read some horrific posts on Trustpilot about this company.

Has anyone had any experience of this company in terms or raising their charges disproportionally  or how they deal with any requests for repairs etc

My aim is not to criticise them as I have not used them before . I'm just trying t get a general overview
thanks

Just to clarify - it's very unlikely to be a freehold flat. (If you tell mortgage lenders that it's a freehold flat, almost all of them will tell you that they won't give you a mortgage.)

It might be what estate agents call a "share of freehold" flat. That means you would be buying a leasehold flat, plus become a joint owner of the freehold building.
