You’ve already provided all the information we need and we can confirm that a discretionary commission arrangement did apply to your motor finance agreement.

What happens next

We’ll log a complaint for you which will be back dated to when you first contacted us.

Historic motor finance discretionary commission arrangements are being reviewed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The review outcome is expected later this year and all complaints referring to discretionary motor commission arrangements received on or after 17 November 2023 are paused until 25 September 2024.

We’ll be back in touch once the FCA have completed their review and we’re able to give you an update - we’ll let you know if we need you to do anything else in the meantime.
