Walls Viennetta advertising picture is totally false.

How do I report Walls Viennetta for false advertising?
The quantity of chocolate in the advert compared to the real quantity in the product has been getting less and less for years, but now it's an absolute rip-off. (see attached photos).
Top image is from the box. Bottom image is the actual product!

Is an advert you want to complain about? If so, where?
You're showing us a picture from the packaging - that isn't an advert.1 -

I would have thought the box could well be an advert for what's in the box, although whether someone like the ASA covers packaging I don't know.
OP in terms of complaints you should go back to the retailer as rights lie with them although if you contact the customer care department for Viennetta (should be on the box for which ever big brand owns Viennetta these days) and politely point our your dissatisfaction they might give you a voucher or such to say sorry.
Doubt you will affect change but yes it's pretty poor, we had one last year, haven't eaten it for years, based on that experience won't be buying it again for many yeas to come.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces1 -
On the box, Unilever claim it contains 11% 'chocolate'. They don't claim that every slice looks the same, each slice will show different proportions of ingredients.
You could leave a pack at room temperature to thaw, carefully wash away the white stuff and weigh what's left. If it weighs just over 70g then you got what you paid for.
I think a more valid advertising complaint might be that it doesn't actually contain any chocolate (no cocoa butter).
It doesn't contain any ice cream either (no cream).
The ingredients in order of quantity are:
Reconstituted skimmed milk, coconut fat, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, glucose syrup, fat-reduced cocoa powder, whey solids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, ammonium phosphatides, locust bean gum, guar gum, tara gum, carrageenan, flavouring. May contain: soy.
Enjoy!1 -

If a product doesn't match its description (which I would say includes the picture on the box) then as a consumer you have even more rights (reporting something to the ASA doesn't itself get you anything in return) as you can return it to the retailer.0 -
Have to say I bought Vienneta recently for the first time in years and it wasn’t the same as it used to be and won’t be buying it again.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £30,358.130

We wrote a funny letter meant to be tongue in cheek about a sweet product from one of the £1 stores. Nice friendly reply
from a real person not a robot letter and a voucher for £5.
I was happy with their reply letter so the voucher was a total surprise as the sweet item was still perfectly edible.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
From what I see, the two pictures may not be showing the same thing.
The picture on the box appears to be showing a perfect slice through the middle of the ice cream "loaf".
The picture taken by the OP appears to be showing the end of a full "loaf" so the equivalent to the "crust".
(I probably have not used the correct technical terms here but, hopefully, it will be clear what I intend to refer to.)

If that's an actual branded vienetta it looks faulty to me and I'd complain on that basis.0
