BT are being sneaky they are unbundling Broadband and Phones so you end up paying 3.9% for your broadband plus £3 a month for your using your phone (unless you cancel it) . If you want to you can upgrade to 900 mb and get a £50 prepay card to spend, so it will pay for you phone while you think of the bandwith you need and look for another supplier if you want to change.

Sneaky would mean they'd be making changes on the cuff without telling you, the fact it's mentioned upfront doesn't make it sneaky at all

Hardly "sneaky" considering its documented on the website:
