Nationwide new app standing order issues

I've had a standing order paid out that doesn't appear on my list of standing orders (it did exist previously but was deleted) Not sure if that might be related to the same issueRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0

The telephone staff don't have access to the App view we see so they've got little chance of helping you.
One even resorted to using her own phone, App and account to, unsuccessfully, help me.0
