Could you have made a call or sent an SMS that is not included in your bundle?
Suggest calling them for an explanation first, no need to go the complaints route until they tell you why your bill has increased.

Straight to complaint without asking seems a bit extreme5

What does this month's itemised bill say? Have you compared to previous months to identify what the difference is?
A simple enquiry will suffice, no need to raise a complaint.2 -
Check that's not the annual price increase. There will be something in the small print.0

Have you sent an mms message by mistake? It's easy to exceed sms limits.
Regardless of that, what is shown on your bill?0 -
Getting the same with EE, charged £6.01 for a £6 plan and then £6.33 the following month with no extras. I expected the first
bill to be different and when adding another SIM @ £6.99 expected another month for the bill to adjust but each month it'salways more than it should be.
Almost £10 for the £6.99 plan and the odd few pennies added onto the £6 plans, recent bill was just 1p over thinking they are
getting it almost right now but where is the refund for all my overpayments since November?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
