in Heat pumps
Relatively new to this system as we just moved into a new build, seems our water is heated by immersion, as we have no mains gas supply, our ecodan has underfloor heating and 2 rads upstairs, all controlled by individual room controllers, but its the settings that are confusing,
do you have it on flow/curve or room ? what are the values it needs to be set at?
tia.

Also the time is incorrect on the unit, which i cannot seem to gain access to, not sure if this is messing up with the immersion or not,[Deleted User] said:, but its the settings that are confusing,

Have you consulted the guides here:

Your hot water should hopefully be heated by the heat pump as well.
A picture of the main controller.in what will loosely be called your plant room where the cylinder and big mitsubishi box and main FTC controller will be handy.
Don't be afraid of the main controller and setting the date and time is very simple.
Pres the bottom left (menu button twice) right arrow to the cog (settings) hit the tick button two across from the menu button. Hit the tick button when you have date and time selected and adjust.0 -
Bit of a side line question, sorry. But also moving to a new build with a ASHP with underfloor heating. I wanted to know what certificates of installation/commissioning that received for the system from the builder? Thank you.[Deleted User] said:Relatively new to this system as we just moved into a new build, seems our water is heated by immersion, as we have no mains gas supply, our ecodan has underfloor heating and 2 rads upstairs, all controlled by individual room controllers, but its the settings that are confusing,
