Ok, so it states “ If you've previously received a switcher incentive from NatWest Group since 01 January 2020, you will not be eligible for this offer. ” in which case, even if switching from a completely different account, it will not honour to me as the switcher a second time BUT if my wife switches hers, this should be accepted…?

It really is down to the terms and conditions of the switch offer. For example, Nationwide's recent switch offer allowed one solo and one joint switch reward so three in total. Unless I missed it, no other bank switch I know of has allowed this as they always limited it to one per person, certainly the current NatWest/RBS/Ulster Bank is limited to one payment per person. 

There's plenty on the site that are applying to all three in the Nat West group they just ignore the quote above

That may be the case however that is a different scenario to the question the OP asked which was can you get multiple switch payments from the same bank.
