They did they same to me but I didn't notice for 4 months. I got a new 12 month deal without any calls as we just use free minute on mobiles now. It was cheaper than anywhere else which is why I stayed.

The REGULATOR OFCOM knows about this they are in bed with them, they are not regulating anything I told them of these practices and more and they just dismissed it as saying we don't deal with individual complaints!!!Exodi said:I can't believe what I've just read.
