381 units is low for a February bill.  You could reduce the cost a bit further if you use the shower during the off-peak rate instead of the day rate
I use shower 4 min in morning and a bit longer in evening and once  on sat and Sunday but also son used at weekends as he come to stay with me

the neon light is irrelevant it uses very little power leave it on.

look elsewhere for your high power usage.

for example turn everything off and you should see the meter reading zero then turn things on one of the time and see if there's anything obvious

    There's your answer

Electricity is expensive nowadays and no doubt you are heating your flat when you are there which eats electricity

You will find your electric bill will go down a fair bit in summer when you have no heating on

    Hello Sanjay,

Thanks for providing the information regarding your account.

As I've looked into your account, your current tariff is a 2-rate fixed tariff. I just want to reiterate that you're not being charged twice. Moreover, a 2-rate tariff has two readings 1 for the night and 1 for the day, this doesn't mean you've been charged double.

This also means the meter records how much energy you use during the day and night time. The row marked 'LOW', 'L' or 'NIGHT') shows how many units of off-peak electricity you have used.

For more information please click this link regarding how to read 2 rate meter https://help.so.energy/support/solutions/articles/7000046463-how-do-i-read-my-meter-#Two-rate-meter

    Thanks.
