I know what you mean about feeling fat - tried on a LOT of clothes in primark. Just depressing results really. Was quite shocked- been in denial I think! I think exercise is the way I need to go as well as food, as I weigh the same as when I got married, but am saggy, flabby and just not damn sexy!!

Well I'm back from town and spent a flippin bomb! £50 in boots, £27 in sains & £15 in whs! Boots was a big stck up as havent been for a couple of months - loads of multi vits - multi vit & ginseng for energy, mega evening primrose (double dose) & megnesium for hormones & st johns wort for "bleugh"..they had 3 for 2 but still expensive but I hope will be worth it. I'm fed up of being up & down. Part f it is food & I must start eating healthier, wine I've already dealt with & am happy with that as am ok to drink a bit now, excercise is a work in prgress & diet I'll sort when I get the tesco diet stuff. Can do no more than that me things & refuse to go to the dr as dont feel thats the answer for me...its manly hormonal or when I do too much or drin too much so having even life means even keel but I'm not great at that!
Sent the two piggies off and got my book for book group (A thousand splendid suns - £11!!!!!!!) but also got a freebie so gt "Then we came to the end" which looks a bit different! Also got a health & fitness mag as a treat! Decided not to make cheesecake - borught one!! They didnt have all the ingredients & couldnt be bothered by then! Did get the stuff for mango ice cream recipe on old style! Bowl is in the freezer! We shall see!!

Hi ISOM..you've had a busy day today...would your vitamins etc work out cheaper at tescos or superdrug etc as that seems a lot of money.Don't blame you buying the cheesecake and the icecream sounds nice.

Hi there! Taxi the boots bill was for loads, hair dyes, girlie things, painkillers etc as well as vits. I wil get them online from now (va quidco - the one with less % as the best one has dire service!) but wasnt quite organised enough and fed up of feeling naff - they def would be cheaper online! I did try the tesco one but theyre weaker (prob why theyre cheaper) so false economy i my book! Just made hommus (def needs lemon) and kulfi (indian ice cream with mangos) ad now just relaxing. Hip is killing me & now MUST be firm with loosing weight as that def a weight thing. NO MORE CHOCOLATE!!!!!
Good news is two more piggies sold and tw others sent off today plus two ebay items have sold and my tiffany ring has watchers but no bidders yet - fingers crossed!!
