morning all. Thanks for that all. Its still lingering and I know its not the wine cos I didnt have any! Its manageable & just "there" so will survive. Must be my neck being so tight... Today I need to go out & get some paint for paps piggy, tapeatry threads cos I went to start it last night & realised I have the fabric but not the threads which is a tad annoying! Was sure I'd brought them...may also get a couple of plants as mine are looking somewhat sad & one needs repotting and I have a 25% off sains voucher! Definately becoming more DFW ingrained generally as I realised that tesco woman had missed a 30p voucher (there were two on a strip & she only counted one) & it really annoyed me! Not much I can do but did make me chuccke! Also need to find some qutes, hoover & make marmalade! Other than that a quiet day lol!!

"I dont know about others but since being a DFW I often feel guilty when I'm just doing nothing - always seems to be doing something"

Thats an important point... I don't feel *guilty*, quite, but I do often feel restless, if I'm not dfw-ing - apart from last night, when I was absolutely exhausted, and couldn't seem to get warm for ages.

Hope that migraine has gone by now. Have you worked on meditation, or mindfulness techniques?

UHOH, CROSSPOST: sorry, ISOM - I was ages typing, obviously.

Dont worry KK!! Was out having a test plod & very chuffed with 1.9 miles so can now be a lardy !!!! without feeling guilty! No pain on the "wound" which is great and means I can restart at WRN! Cant believe its 9.30am, sheets are on, have done running, eaten breakfast and migraine improving but still there so doing neck streatches as I type!
Yes not sure guilt is the right word - just general busyness and I'm not sure its healthy as I have found it hard to relax and just be peaceful of late IYKWIM? For me anyway its a sign of stress so will make a concious effort to see friends - have been a bit insular of late so need to push myself to meet up with friends. Aim for today is phone and make one plan for meeting up! With time off coming its a good time to do it but also need to get a balance between the two as am a space monkey & need me time as well as seeing people time!

Well I'm back from shopping and have had what, for me, is a fairly major breakthrough. I checked my accounts and have money left over. Now my usual response to this revelation would be "yahoo lets go shopping and spend it". Instead I cashed in £5 for change & into the piggy it went. Plus have also (sit down for this crafters!) just returned from the craft shop with what I needed, no more no less and the shop is seriously crammed full of orgasmic craftyness so I am more than a little impressed with myself! Celebrated with some cottage cheese and a packet of french fries and a now going to read the sunday papers (mail for free cd and women mag!) for the first time in as long as I can remember! Paper will of course be recycled for piggies!
