  • That's why my mother uses reduced fat coconut milk - one tin in a massive pot full of soup doesn't add too many calories.

    sorry you seem of have taken offence?..coconut milk is relatively high fat compared to something like parsnips & I only mention it because I know that some reading are wanting to loose weight and may not realise that there are alternatives (ie parsnip) that give the same creamy texture without the cals...

    hi honey!!!! how are you doing? and how are the injuries? I over extended my knee on the treadmill the otherday and straight away thought of you, the twinge only lasted a few mins so yours must really hurt!!! do hope its feeling better now. gosh your thread has been busy and made me feel hungry to!!!

    Certainly not, I never take offence! Life's far to short for that :rotfl: I just wanted to reassure you (and others) that I wasn't suggesting a total fat-fest (-:

    ISOM - thank you so much. I have been having the day from hell - won't bore you but then the postie knocked on the door and it was the CJ. It is beautiful and I'm so looking forward to putting my LO in (minds gone blank at what I can include but sure I'll get inspiration!!;)). Loved the end page and the quote about friends - so true!!

  • Evening all! Had a good days training although the venue was hard to find so we were all late! Then went for a sim & sauna on the way home...not chicken (orhanic!) cooking with roast pots and sweetcorn! Yummy! Great that you liked the CJ sea. Hope you enjoy doing your entry!

  • isom, we were supposed to post our cj today second class wasnt it? Well i didnt but i will send it tommorow first class so it will be with your saturday. sorry but having a bad week at work and i get out and the po's are shut... mum will post it for me tommorow. Its not very good though but will have to do ~

    Back from training whch was good but exhausting! Chilling this eve and on call all w/e. Seeing a woman about what sounds like regular babysitting on MOn so fingers crossed!
    Also have another order in for Jam and am wondering whether to put this towards CC rather than the NZ pig...ahh the dilemmas! Not much spent this week but need a new cossies as had a definate "hello boys" moment yesterday which wasnt missed by some onlookers in the gallery!!!
    Hope youre all ok - off to catch up on posts as a bit behind!
