Thank goodness (a) I had a massage (b) Have a stash of jam jars! Just finished a mamouth jam making session with 13 small jars & 4 huge ones - recon if I sell it all I'll make 20 profit which isnt bad although it has taken me 3 hrs & my feet hurt so definately earned money!!
Really pleased you liked a thousand splendid suns! Did you weep buckets LT?! I cried but sobbed my heart out when I then read his first book, kite runner! Again, beautiful writing! One of the advantages of book group is that I read books I wouldnt have before & that was one f them. Bob the next one s Linwood Barclay, No time for goodbyes & this months is my choice so feel nervous as its quirky!! Its as it is in heaven...I started & then got bred but then tried again & loves it - a unusual love story & I'd definately recc it! Just enjoying a G&T now and then Bob coming out for a chat, brush (toothbrush - 14p from tesco!) & wipe. I went back to ask the shop is his "man bits" are meant to be as ground draggingly large as they are & apparenty its normal, if alarming!! If he was a bloke he'd be out boasting & definately no need to shive a sock down his trousers!!
Hope migraine improves LT - was wondering if I wuld get one as been stormy here but so far so good! Hello Bob! Baby Bob doing well and hasnt bitten me yet - just had a comb & run around which he enjoys!

He seemed to like the brushing taxi! Mind you think he may rebel at being put back in soon!!
Re the jam K I sell it at work. Some people locally sell at car boot and if youre organised you could sell at a farmers market, although I think you need to be inspected & approved then. You dont make a great deal and getting jam jars is a faff but the fact that people say how yummy it s is a boost! One lots has set & the other hasnt so will have to reboil later which is a pain as will also have to resteriise jars and relabel...the jam themomiter I have isnt great and TBH I am better at judging it by eye now...seemed to work with the second batch anyway!
Undecided what to do today! Sun is shining and feel I should go to the plot but I could do with a quiet pottery day at home before going back to w*** tomorrow...Its been a lovely week off and I feel nice & relaxed! Must do finances today too!

Nice one..... I love the "w***" too, very appropriate :( thats exactly how I feel, tho I've already done one day after my hol. Thats why I feel the way I do, I guess, it was a hard one. I'm about to have another coffee, and then will do first set of work in the garden. I've been googling book clubs, come up with two possibles, and also martial arts classes - my local leisure centre, 10m walk away, does them, and altho I could get fit on my own, technically, I *don't*.... you've got me going now! :j :j :j :rotfl:

Going to take your tip and have a look at book clubs too.

Hi Ms P!! Have started Marley & me but its one of the unfinished pile!! Getting there and have done the jam, sheets, menu for next week & changed Bob who is rummaging in his litter - hope he will actually use it this time but I suspet that hamsters & potty training is optimistic? Anyone know?!! Only the turtle (micha cos shes rockin & would go "awwa" if she could :) P do you mean John Grisham? Havent heard of James!! If John which one? Have read all of em! Hes not as good as Jeffrey Deaver though in my book! Ok off for the next batch of doing - clean bathroom & the turtle and then think all the ikky jobs are done! Do need to put books somewhere as thet are rather taking over the the moment! Just seem t move them from one pile to another! Have sold a book on GM so thats good! Oh yes also must do finances! Avoidant - moi?!!
