Make £10 a day in March

Options
Welcome to the new month everyone. Lets see how much extra we can make in March. As always, please feel free to make your target as low or as high as you wish, it doesn't have to be £10, depends on your circumstances.
This extra money can be from surveys, side hustles, bank switches, mystery shops, selling items on FB or car boots or anywhere. In fact it is any extra money over and above your normal wages/income/pension etc.
Let us know how you get on and feel free to share any tips on how to make extra money in these hard times.
Good luck everyone

@Makingabobor2 - what a lovely start to March!

I'm torn between sticking to £5 a day or going for £10 a day.

If a bank switch works out, with bank cashback and pending usertesting, I will likely already be at £165 expected in March.

So a £5 target doesn't seem very ambitious. £10 a day however seems daunting without an actual side hustle, or lots of higher value stuff to sell. I am still trying to concentrate on growing business again with limited energy so don't want to distract myself.  But it does give me the motivation to declutter and try to sell things, and keep an eye on the user testing window. So I'm not sure still £5 or aim for £10 since I have a good expected base.

For some reason only £5 and £10 are pleasing and acceptable amounts! No idea why!

Thanks for starting us off 😊 I'm going for £10 again - managed £10.09 in Feb so it's a nice target!

Already shot myself in the foot by requesting and receiving Feb's Prolific money early, so that's gone into Feb total 😂 But potentially got some bank switching cash due, going to apply for some more, and the usual round of surveys, matched betting/casino offers etc.

Might try a bit of selling on Vinted again. Did a bit in Jan but not Feb, so will be good to get back to it.

1P is over £15 now so might make payout this month, but I don't think any of the other survey sites are close.

    Good luck all!

Hi, I’d like to join you please for March, for £5 a day. I can kick off with a whopping £1.12 from Curious Cat. I also have £6.16 in interest paid in my current account.

I was adding totals here a year or so ago and appreciate the chance to make me more accountable!

Doing my ‘own thing’ and not posting I’ve averaged at more than £10 a day the last 2 months but this month I don’t have much still lined up to sell, so have a smaller target.

I’m hoping for a good month on Prolific, £62 last month which is really good for me!

I need to put some time into eBay x

    good luck everyone.

£2.80 TCB cashback for me, cleared and in the bank 😊 just booked a trip to set friends who moved to Ireland - not cheap but I've got £32 cashback tracked which silk be nice if it turns up 😊 won't count it yet though.

Evening everyone.  @Cheery_Daff lovely trip and bonus cashback! I have a few trips booked between now and end of summer , and one overnight stay in Jan that I managed to get decent cashback offers on that were available when I needed to book.

Still waiting for Jan's cashback so maybe a *while*.

I've decided I'm aiming for £10 a day, spurred on by feeling better and probably upto v*nted.  Which for some reason spell correct keeps changing to Vimto. I might start calling it that from now on.  (Still not FB market place, I cannot people enough.)

I have the grand total of 45p from chase cashback.  There's pennies interest somewhere too, need to add up.

     I'm winning!
I should start getting user testing session payments through this week and next week though.

Quick question, are we counting when we redeem shop points for vouchers/use points to pay? Like nectar, Morrison fivers etc? Feel like we should.

If so, I also redeemed £45 in Nectar points on what I hope wasn't a fool's errand buying soft fruit canes that were on a small offer, some seeds and bulbs.  I had not much budget, a garden project that entirely stalled last year due to major surgery end of March & some complications/near disaster and then zero spare money.  So was determined to actually plant some berries that are in my potager/kitchen/gravel garden master plan and some actual flowers that flower!  So we decided that it might be helpful to me to use some of the nectar points to get the sainbob's fruit canes and give it a go!  I might have too many/a garden full of brambles come Sept- but at least I'll have jam!

Are we including points redemption/vouchers with monetary worth from nectar/Morrisons more/boots etc?

so I'm at £45.45  which makes me feel a lot better as well as being a pleasing number!
