L-ISA transfer - BeeHive>Moneybox. Duration?

Relative of mine applied at Xmas/New Years to transfer their L-ISA from BeeHive to Moneybox.
As of yesterday their Moneybox account still showed £0 & they're asking me how long this process should take.
I would've thought it would've been sorted by now. Couple months should be plenty of time but seemingly not.

Have they spoken to either Money Box or Beehive?
I transferred my Lisa from Beehive to Tembo. Got regular updates from both sides and transfer completed in under 2 weeks.1
