If as a driver you consider using whats app while driving then I suggest you stick to public transport. That you do this as an inexperienced driver shows you lack the maturity to drive. This is going to cost you big time on the insurance front.I was behind a driver a couple of days ago who was driving really badly and making a stream of blunders. When they stopped to allow oncoming traffic to pass and I got up close I could see the mobile mounted in front of the windscreen and they were watching a video. They probably thought they were a good enough driver to do this.Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.0
