THREE MOBILE - Forced into a updated contract? - Check your bills!

This is headsup to anyone who has recently been forced to 'upgrade' their phone contract with THREE.

If you were an existing customer who they required you to change Tariff, check your bill for the month that started / changed over.  I noticed on mine that I paid twice that same month because their systems treat it as a new customer signing up and charge you apparently upfront for the month you are starting +. All their literiture says to expect this because XYZ... fine.  But what their system hasn't taken into account is that because I'm pre-exisiting I have already paid my previous months bill, and so have overpaid an extra month.  I just called them and the helpful customer service guy had a look and agreed I had been over charged.

So definitely have a look and challenge them.
