Good news!!! Managed to call and get someone. She said my defence went to the wrong department...Then was sent later to the right department and the claimant did not respond on time. She asked me if I wanted to wait for Court to strike it out or to fill up a form to strike it out now. I obviously asked to be stroke out with a form!! So relieved! Thank you all and for everyone who might look up this post, keep following up and don't give up!
I don't know what she means.  A 'form' costs money. She means a N244 application.  You do not want to apply to strike out.

She said the claimants did not answer on time so they will likely strike out the claim. Or I could do that with a form she sent me. You are correct N244 and it seems there is a fee attached to that..

Alright, I sent my defence for the 3rd time. This time the lady on the phone said to write UNPROCESSED DOCUMENT on the email heading, warning the staff that this was sent before and not being dealt with. She said again that it was sent to the wrong department. This despite the fact that the email adress is correct and she mentioned that it was correct.
I said I should not have to suffer a CCJ or any damages to my defense for an error from the Court.
She said it can take two weeks for them to process it and send it to claimants.
Thanks for warning me. I was too positive on my last post.

Received the N180 and sent as per guidelines on the site. As mentioned in other thread the mediation is now compulsory and I just read update on beginner's thread on it. Has anyone mentioned when their received their 5 min waste of time call?? Compared to the time the N180 has been sent?

Hi all good news. Received a letter of discontinuance from the claimants as well as the Notice of discontinuance. Do I need to do anything on my side. MCOL still shows that the case has been redirected to our local Court.

And will do so for ever more.
The Claim History on MCOL is there purely to track a case through the CNBC.
Once a case leaves the CNBC, then the CNBC lose all interest in it.
