Please follow the instructions below should you wish to transfer funds from one Charter account to another. As this is an internal transfer, it will not affect your current years ISA allowance by moving these funds.1. From the “Account Summary” page, click the "Account Options" button next to account2. Click on the "Make a Transaction" option.3. The account you have chosen to move money from will automatically appear.4. Select the account you wish to transfer to (your nominated bank account will automatically show if you do not hold any other Charter Accounts).5. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, (If the account is to be closed then put in the full balance) making sure that no pound signs (£) or commas are used. Decimal points are only needed when entering pence.6. Select the date you want the funds to leave your Savings Account and select ‘close account’.7. Click “Continue”.8. Check and confirm transfer.Please note if you do not want to close the account you must leave a minimum of a £1 in the account.Please be advised that funds will arrive in the destination account within two working days of the withdrawal being processed.If you have any questions or are unsure of anything, please visit the Frequently Asked Questions page on our website. Or, if you prefer, call us on 0800 032 9999. We´re open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6:30pm on Fridays, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.0 -

I followed their instructions and my old ISA is now closed, my new ISA says 'transferred from my old ISA'
I transferred mine in November, so 6 months ago.1
