Due to getting an error message when I try to dial for a PAC code from my phone I am trying to contact customer services to speak to someone. Problem is system is automated and I cannot find a menu for either PAC code requests or to actually speak to a human. Does anyone know the correct menu options to follow to get to speak to a person?

No texting for a PAC gives a constant message of "Not available at this time contact customer services. After some trial and error when you dial customer service select option 2 followed by option 2 followed by 0 and this gets you to a real person in a far away land !

That may indicate that they think they have issued you with a pac which is still in date or that there is a security issue on the account and they suspect fraud.Sandybanks said:No texting for a PAC gives a constant message of "Not available at this time contact customer services.
