Car Finance Claim - Finance Company Taken Over

Hi, a newbie here, I am submitting a car finance claim letter for the PCP I had on a car back in 2008. The finance company I had the contract with was ALPF Ltd, but it looks like they no longer exist and were acquired by Santander, so can I still submit a claim to Santander?

There is a dedicated board for this now:

Maybe @MSE_Molly_G may be able to move it for you
If Santander took on the liabilities and books of this firm then yes you would complain to them. If the firm went under, Santander may not have any liability for the debt in which case any complaint (not claim) would be dead in the waterSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Hi,
I was just wondering whether you received a response from Santander regarding your finance agreement with ALPF Lmited? Did you buy your car from Honda UK by any chance?
Thank you0
