Early call for a NSD today- that Day 18 so far.
I'm working from home and we're all staying in tonight to eat homemade curry (I''d better start prepping now so I can get it on before my next assignment!) and play some boardgames rather than head out for the evening.
Did a good cupboard audit before breakfast so I can plan next week's meals around what we already have and have written a shopping list for what I need to buy.
I've learned that meal planning (using cheap seasonal fruit and veg, supermarket offers etc) batch cooking and writing shopping lists means my weekly shopping bill is significantly lower than the average family spend.
