I got a 2 calls and 2 emails. Managed to get through to EDF on the phone after a wait and the advise is that there is no meter fault recorded on their system. I didnt press about MPAAS but at least I know that if EDF dont have a fault notification, there is no way that EDF would have contacted a third party0
