Please read the Newbies/FAQ thread. If you had done so, you would be aware that debt collector letters are useless and can be safely ignored.
Now, if you still require assistance, please give us more detail such as which PPC. Show us the original PCN suitably redacted but with all the dates showing. Any background to the story of the speculative invoice you received in the first place such as why the car was at the location and so on.
Do not, ever, contact a debt collector. Ignore them as they are powerless.2 -
What happens next ??
Either a) Nothing. Happy Days !
b) More silly letters from debt collectors who like to try and frighten people. They can do nothing. You owe
nothing unless a Judge says so. The silly letters do make reasonable fire lighters though.
c) You receive a letter of/before claim. Do not ignore this. Come back for help if you do receive one.The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.3 -
Please read the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
