Anyone else had a letter asking for photo ID? Is it safe to send?

I wouldn't want to send original photo ID so call to see if they accept photocopy. Even with photocopy I'd be concerned about sending this information via regular mail so maybe use Special Delivery

If you put in a complaint to them, they have a right to check you are who you say you are and whether you have a legitimate complaint e.g. not trying to get money for someone else's deal1

I had a response from them saying they couldn't answer me as my email address didn't match their records and I needed to login to my finance account and update my details0

I’ve had this email today. I’ve sent them a photo of my drivers license .
They wanted the agreement number as well but couldn’t find it. It’s was 2008 when I took the agreement out, so will just wait and see.I am a Dolphin Angel:A
