I think that’s my point- I’d happily accept another suitable treatment in that time slot (ie pregnancy massage that I originally booked).
Equally, would be happy to raise my hands and say there might have been a mix up in communication, those things happen.What I don’t get is the attitude ‘there’s nothing we can do’ once you have customers deposit.And yes, keen to hear from manager on how they plan to solve it.0 -
