Awww, thank you kippsie that is such a nice thing to do, brilliant.

You'll laugh I know but I didn't even know how to find the message. I went searching around until I found it . . . I'm not used to using message boards but I have been so pleased by the response i've had from here. I'm really going to come in more often, not just when I want help.

Pyanno, I know you that you are now expecting the tickets and previously mentioned contacting Excel Airlines. But I would suggest you contact Excel anyway and just confirm you are on their passenger mannifest for your flight on Saturday. At least that way you can feel assured that the tickets are genuine.

Indeed, I would have contacted Excel Airlines before now in order to check this and ensure they were still dealing with your Agent and that there was no problems. You could also have checked whether they had issued the tickets and on what date. In fact you could still do this so that you can then ascertain whether your agent is a l**ng ch**ting c*n merch*nt or not.

Just got in from work and found the tickets . . .Yeeeeaaaah!!!

Amazing what a quiet word from ABTA can achieve eh?

Baz-Bee. I did in fact fax Excel on Saturday with that very question but ya know what? I aint had an answer yet . . . Typical or what? In fact if it wasn't for the very obvious fact that ABTA received my fax on Friday I would have been out buying a new fax machine!!!

I just think it's atrocious customer relations is what it is from all 3 companies concerned. So watch out folks, be warned, if ya book with Kingston Republic or Freedom Flights or Excel Airways you may be booking a lot of agro for yourselves . . I won't be using them again I can tell ya and we fly to Mallorca 5 or 6 times a year to visit my parents but next time i'll give this lot a miss . . . So it's their loss, eh?

Hi everyone.

An update on my tale.

Just to let you all know that after all the stress about the tickets from Travel Republic we had a wonderful holiday.

Excel Airline is extremely good value for money and what a wonderful service they provided. We even got an in-flight meal which we didn't expect.

I will definitely book with them again, only next time it will be direct and not through "You know who"
