And to clarify, 2.99% x 2 of £3218 comes to around £193. Allowing for a slight fluctuation that’s the £194.Very annoying and I feel for the OP.0

I am pretty sure that I have successfully claimed compensation from a company in such circumstances. However we really need a banker to tell us whether reversing a transaction is a standard procedure.
