Incorrect info from MSE

This is incorrect - what is "MOST vulnerable" anyway ?

Could MSE please confirm where this info came from - and correct it ?

Hi there, thanks for your post. This information was provided by TalkTalk and is its own wording – we asked exactly which customers are included but it wouldn't tell us.

TalkTalk's published policy states vulnerable customers are those who "may be particularly susceptible to harm or detriment" due to their personal circumstances.

TalkTalk are claiming that they never used the term "MOST vulnerable" and are refusing to tell me (a paying TT customer for 22 years) whether I will be entitled to "no price rise in 2024" despite being disabled !!

I reckon that it came from a comment made by Technology Secretary Michelle Donelan : “It is absolutely right that the most vulnerable people in our society should feel safe, secure and have complete confidence in the services provided to them."
