https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2024/01/broadband-and-mobile-price-hikes/#campaign claims that TalkTalk will allow "MOST VULNERABLE" customers - a no price rise in April.
This is incorrect - what is "MOST vulnerable" anyway ?
Could MSE please confirm where this info came from - and correct it ?
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

TalkTalk's published policy states vulnerable customers are those who "may be particularly susceptible to harm or detriment" due to their personal circumstances.
We've updated the story now to make this clear: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2024/01/broadband-and-mobile-price-hikes/.0 -

Hello Molly,I reckon that it came from a comment made by Technology Secretary Michelle Donelan : “It is absolutely right that the most vulnerable people in our society should feel safe, secure and have complete confidence in the services provided to them."
