Octopus Energy - "We love email"

There is no doubt that Octopus Energy's customer service isn't quite as impressive as it was a few years ago. But, when you consider they have grown from less than 200,000 customers 6 years ago to something over 7 million customers in 2024, it's hardly surprising. Some might say that it's quite impressive that they have maintained the levels of customer service they have, considering such a rapid expansion.
As things currently stand, telephone and/or X (formerly Twitter) seem to be the best way of getting a quick response and it does seem to me to be email which has the most variable levels of service.
Compared to the 'customer service' I have received from other energy companies, Octopus remains the best I have ever dealt with, and their innovative tariffs are market leading. For me at least, when it comes to energy, being with Octopus is a no brainer.2 -
I wholeheartedly agree. The day Octopus overtake BG as the largest supplier I'll be having a party! Not long now, I reckon.The_Hawk said:There is no doubt that Octopus Energy's customer service isn't quite as impressive as it was a few years ago.
