No, I have used it in Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Hong Kong and Vietnam all with no problems. It’s basically a debit card from a current account. You get no fees and a very good exchange rate. Would there be any reason it wouldn’t work well in Netherlands?NoodleDoodleMan said:

Would there be any reason it wouldn’t work well in Netherlands?Apparently there are places there where UK credit and debit cards MAY be not accepted.The locals use Maestro and VP from what's been posted.We have Starling which allows joint cards unlike Chase - used both abroad with no issues.0
