I've send the free tool letter to the finance Company (registered post) who I used for a PCP arrangement. After 28 days what is my next step if I've heard nothing back?

Not sure why this went into the Heating Oil section but still...
There are no other steps, the FCA have suspended the need for finance companies to deal with DCA queries/complaints until the outcome of their own investigation in September. Some companies are being courteous and responding, either to say no DCA or you have to wait, but there is no escalation until September for those that aren't.0
