Thank you @TravellingAbuela @camelot1001 We were first going to go for DH's 70th birthday but the dreaded COVID got in the way, then our 40th wedding anniversary arrived and we still didn't feel comfortable travelling so we waited for my big 7 0 birthday which was in December to arrive and decided to do it after that!!

The date on the thread confused me first thing as I thought I'd missed my plane lol

Good afternoon everyone.
So glad to hear there is a quick date for you Nan, hope everything goes well.
Chrisca50 - until 2016 we used to spend the winter months in Goa and I still can't get used to the winters again although this year it has seemed more like the Goan monsoon season.
SO - I hope the meeting has been of help to you and brings you some comfort. It is such a difficult time.
Nothing else to report today just catching up with the daily chores.

Crisca happy travelling, hope you can bring some sunshine back for us.
Camelot scared to death if I'm honest, but I have to put my big girl pants on and get on with it like so many others are doing/have done. I couldn't believe how many people were in the waiting room.
I didn't notice the date until it was pointed out either, how observant am I ?
