    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £227,385
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    I just sorted out pet insurance, frog eaten! Hopefully some cash back at some point too.

    It’s a bit windy here today so might head to the gym for the first time in ages. Also want to head to the library to sort out my library card as it has expired apparently, I found out when I tried to take a book out online this morning. I did however manage to book tickets for an author event later in the month and I fancy seeing an exhibition that ends this week so something to do in the rain… 

    So this week’s big aim is to get something on v!nted. Not back to work until the weekend so no excuses!
