    Wow at that view. Your pics make me want to sell up again. Stop it 😆😆 
    And for what it's worth I think you're doing it the right way, making sure the house is all yours before doing big things like the kitchen. This is a huge undertaking that I think DP and I both underestimated slightly 🫢🙈.

    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
