So my mum was shattered within about 15 minutes which meant we ended up pushing her but she was still very tired and we didn’t get to spend much time, I felt my dad would have liked to see more but we grabbed a coffee had a rest then left. I suppose it was a change of scene for them any rate.

So I am back, shattered but back! Had a lovely time and spent hardly any money, I have just been to change back my excess as it wasn’t euros and got £135 back. We ate and drank well, walked and explored lots but not much else to spend on so rather than splurge at the airport I will stick it back in the bank tomorrow.

I think I am still recovering from my early morning yesterday! Went for a run this morning and felt shattered afterwards, ended up falling asleep on the sofa😱 off out for any early dinner with DS and it’s back to work tomorrow. DS potentially moving out soon so I have been rejigging my budget.
