I had a lovely day at work yesterday not so much today and I have hurt my knee😫
many how hopefully it will be better tomorrow as I haven’t run since Thursday and I miss it. The running didn’t do it, it was more the 18k steps at work and 32 floors climbed yesterday.
Beautiful sunset this evening so hope tomorrow is less rainy than today. Feeling very skint so roll on payday!

Just been out for a run, gorgeous day today so I have lots and lots of washing on the line too! I got sucked into a tv show this morning and lost about 3 hours to the sofa🙄 still two episodes to watch but that will probably be this evening as I NEED to know what happens 😂 ( Showtrial on iPlayer).
Payday tomorrow and need to pay lots of bills in May so OP will be less which sucks but I am still able to OP so I need to accept that’s a good position to be in and quit moaning.

Pay day for us too tomorrow... I'm waiting impatiently 😁
I used to do a lot of steps in my old job 20 thousand sometimes in two hours carrying all sorts up and down flights of stairs. My knees and legs and feet suffered ...I got a nice balm from a maz on with arnica in that helped soothe them though...hope yours are feeling better soon! Sometimes a day on the couch is good for us 😁

Thanks dfw321, the stairs are exhausting 😂 being of a certain age I quite often get to the bottom and realise I forgot to pick up the thing I went up for in the first place😂. My knee seems fine now although I didn’t get the chance to rest it, more work walks due to nice weather.

It is a very physically demanding job SH as well as emotionally exhausting at times. It can also be very rewarding and fun but today wasn’t one of those days. It was however payday! So bank accounts are all looking much healthier today with nothing due out until next week.
I finally got the details to make adhoc payments to my mortgage as I usually just make OPs with my mortgage payment. I tested this at the weekend with a whole £1 and it finally hit the account today, hopefully I might manage to make a few extra payments this way.
