- When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £219,071
- OPs to mortgage = £17,793 Estd. interest saved = £9,021 to date
c. 16 months reduction in term

I went to gym this morning and out for lunch and a catch up with a friend.
Payslip in and budget made for April. I have sold and posted off two items on vinted, only £11 but extra space in the house too🎉

I had a great day yesterday despite the weather and not too spendy either - £30 for lunch and drinks. Today was a lazy day as I have strained a muscle at the gym and needed to rest, seems to have worked as much less painful now.
I have OPed £90 - £40 from my mortgage OP account which is made up of roundups from my personal spends account😂
